Weeks of this, and he still doesn’t know what it means, that it would travel all the way to Gulyama to tell him these things. He doesn’t even know if the wind has a purpose, if it wants something from him. He doesn’t know how to ask in a way that it would understand.
Somehow, he doesn’t think his brothers have this much trouble with their elements. Then again, he’s never asked them. Perhaps the earth and sea don’t speak to them at all.
