- Cas would love to lie in Dean’s arms, to hold Dean in return, to bury himself completely in us us us, but he doesn’t know if Dean wants that, and lately he senses Dean trying not to get too close to him. so he sits quietly, alone, a silent I, I, I, all through the nights.

- Cas believes that if he had a soul and could have his own room in heaven, it would be a simple, dusky bedroom with Dean Winchester sleeping peacefully on the right side of the bed, waiting for Cas to crawl in beside him and watch him until he, too, falls asleep.

According to the responses on my post, here are the things that need to be in my Action Husbands Series (name given by @pterawaters)…
- Someone questioning the action husbands about what their wives think of them flirting with each other, because the wedding rings on their fingers totally mean they’re straight, and the action husbands going, “What wives? We’re married to each other.”
- Someone calling out the action husbands for kissing each other before a case and then action husbands glaring at said person and going, “Yes, we did kiss, you got a problem with it?” And the person apologizing for being an ass.
- For there to be a supportive action family of other cops who work closely with the action husbands, and consists of one cop who is super protective of the Action Husbands and will punch anyone who even dares be homophobic toward them, and a rookie cop who isn’t used to being around two men who are so open and affectionate with each other (he’s not homophobic, he’s just not used to it) and it takes him like half a season to get over it and then he’s the most loyal person in their family, and a Police Chief/Supervisor who is the direct superior to the action husbands and who remember when cops couldn’t be open about their sexualities/relationships the way the action husbands are, so she is also super protective of them and will reprimand anyone who is homophobic towards them and also she is a lesbian, but keeps that part of her life secret (like doesn’t even wear her wedding ring at work kind of secret) for like a season in a half, until something the actions husbands do makes her finally want to come out to her work family.
- The action husbands work a case where there’s a kid involved and they fall in love with the kid and decide to foster the kid because the kid’s parents are going to jail for a long time. And this kid becomes a regular character on the show and they eventually adopt the kid and there’s a big adoption party because that shit is exciting as fuck!
- One of the Big Bads is a crooked Mega Church Leader who homophobic as fuck and secretly a leader of a racketeering gang who is responsible for a shitton of murders. And this Church Leader is super popular and all over TV and the action husbands can’t catch him for the longest time because of religious exemptions. And one of the action husbands is really affected by the intense homophobia and the other action husband as well as their action family comfort him several times and bring him back down. But he develops a personal vendetta against the Church Leader and makes it his mission to take him down, and when they finally do, it’s like a huge closure for the action husband and the audience.
- Someone asking the action husbands why they’re so open about being action husbands and both of them blatantly mocking queerbaited ships on TV who have pissed me off because, “Why beat around the bush and pretend like you don’t love each other, when you could just not do that?”
Also there should be a set of action wives, who are from a sister city and show up now and then to solve the case and be badass when the action husbands get stuck 😛

And for a case, the action husbands and action wives swap around and pretend to be two man-woman couples while undercover, and everyone’s so awkward and it’s hilarious.
The sounds I’m making right now are inhuman.
I can just picture it, like they split up into hetero pairs and one couple just argues constantly and can barely get anything done, and then other is just so bored of each other and don’t really know how to act around each other. And by the end of the case they all like run to their actual partners and are like, “NEVER MAKE ME DO THAT EVER AGAIN! YOU ARE THE ONLY PARTNER I WANT FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE OKAY!” And they’re team is just smirking and going, “this shit is just so cute, I can’t even.”
So. Like a twist on the fake married trope? They have to go into a super hetero neighborhood or something?
